Please note the following restrictions:

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed for dispatch.

Cancellations are not available for the following:
Customized or "Made to Order" items.
Products labeled as Final Sale.
Special purchases, including: Inventory Sale Items, Discontinued Items,Custom Quotes, Invoices labeled as Customized Invoice.

All Axamate products include standard shipping, whether they are pre-order or in-stock items. If you need faster delivery, we also offer expedited shipping at an additional cost.
