1. Order Processing & Confirmation All orders are confirmed via email once payment is received. Custom orders require approval of drawings/specifications before production begins.

2. Production Lead Time Standard products will be delivered 2 wees; Pre-sale order will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Customized chandeliers typically require 8-9 weeks depending on design complexity. Lead time begins only after final confirmation of all details.

3. Customization Policy Customized items are made to order and therefore non-refundable once production begins. Customers are responsible for approving measurements, finishes, and technical drawings before we proceed.

4. Shipping & Delivery We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and item size. For oversized/custom chandeliers, pallet or wooden-crate packing may apply. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to customs or logistics delays.

5. Packaging & Protection All chandeliers are packed with reinforced foam, wooden crates, or custom protective materials to ensure safe transport. Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage within 48 hours.

6. Taxes & Duties Domestic orders include applicable taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty All lighting products include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, NOT damage resulting from installation, misuse, or modifications.

8. Installation Requirements Professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly recommended. Axamate Lighting is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation.

9. Returns & Exchanges Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 30 days in unused condition. Custom chandeliers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations Standard orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Custom orders can only be canceled before materials are purchased or production begins.

11. Payment Methods We accept major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and trade program billing (if applicable). Full payment is required for all orders before production starts.
